PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

This role serves as the County's primary procurement subject matter expert, overseeing strategic purchasing operations, contract administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The incumbent leads procurement processes including RFPs and IFBs, manages financial systems, develops policies, and supervises staff to ensure transparency and best value. They act as a key advisor to departments and the Board of County Commissioners while driving continuous improvement in procurement practices.
