Purchasing Supervisor

The Purchasing Supervisor at Freudenberg oversees the daily activities of the purchasing team, ensuring accurate purchase orders, proactive supplier follow-ups, and timely material deliveries to support operations. This role involves managing team workload, maintaining a personal purchasing portfolio, and ensuring procurement aligns with approved suppliers, lead times, and company policies. The supervisor also leads root cause analysis for purchasing disruptions and supports supplier onboarding in partnership with Quality, Regulatory, and R&D teams.
