Pursuit Specialist

The Pursuit Specialist plays a critical role in developing and implementing winning strategies for complex proposals, leading strategic planning sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals. This position involves managing the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial assessment through capture planning, proposal production, and interview preparation. The role partners with Principals, Proposal Managers, and other technical team members to achieve growth outcomes and meet client requirements.
