PVD Process Development Engineer

This role focuses on developing and optimizing Physical Vapor Deposition processes for SiC MOSFET and MEMS applications, including thin film property characterization and process troubleshooting. The position requires collaboration with integration and Fab teams to establish statistical process control and drive yield improvement strategies. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, generating reports and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
