The PX Business Partner serves as a strategic people partner for Mexico leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies and ensuring effective execution across the employee lifecycle. The role leads key PX services and processes, such as talent and performance management, coaching, change management, and strategic projects, aligned with business needs and company policies. This position focuses on aligning people strategies with business growth objectives while managing employee relations, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness.
