QA Analyst (Publishing ) (Poland-Based, globally operating)

The QA Analyst supports NEOWIZ’s global publishing portfolio by owning quality validation and release readiness for externally developed game titles. The role operates closely with development partners, external QA vendors, and internal publishing teams to ensure builds meet platform, performance, and player-experience expectations throughout the lifecycle. The position emphasizes autonomy, clear ownership of deliverables, and strong communication across distributed, international teams. It also offers exposure to full publishing lifecycles and globally released titles across multiple genres and platforms.
