QA Analyst

The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst maintains the integrity and accuracy of post-closing documentation, loan servicing activities, and operational processes within the Credit Administration department. This role supports quality assurance reviews, audit readiness, reporting, and analytics to ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements. The position directly supports the Bank’s mission-driven lending objectives across multifamily affordable housing, not-for-profit finance, and small business finance segments.
