QA & Authorisation Handler

The QA & Authorisation Handler serves as the final line of defence within the claims settlement process, ensuring claim outcomes are accurate, fair, and supported by policy and evidence before authorisation. This role involves independently reviewing claim settlements, conducting quality assurance reviews, and identifying financial leakage or operational risks. The position requires strong technical judgement to challenge assessments, provide constructive feedback, and drive process improvements through data analysis.
