QA Automation Engineer

The QA Engineer (or Senior QA Engineer) will work under the oversight of the Head of Engineering and Lead QA to assist with all QA responsibilities including testing web-based, AI-driven, and voice/chatbot platforms. This role involves manual testing, creating and executing test cases, conducting API testing, and maintaining regression test suites while staying updated with emerging QA methodologies.
