QA Engineering Lead

This role leads the quality engineering strategy across multiple squads, aligning testing priorities with product and engineering objectives while ensuring quality risks are addressed throughout the development lifecycle. The position involves mentoring a multidisciplinary team of QA engineers, evolving test automation strategies, and driving a transition toward shared quality ownership across Quality, Engineering, and Product.
