About this role

Amgen is seeking a QA Lead to lead quality engineering and testing capabilities for enterprise Salesforce platforms, including OneCRM and its integrated ecosystem. This role ensures high-quality, reliable, and compliant application releases through manual, functional, integration, regression, and automated testing using Copado Robotic Testing. The QA Lead will own the end-to-end testing strategy, lead cross-functional QA teams, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to meet quality expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA activities and test strategy for Salesforce applications
Implement and maintain automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing
Manage defect triage, quality governance, and release readiness processes
