QA Lead

Solstice is seeking a dedicated QA Lead to own quality for its AI-powered pharmaceutical marketing platform, ensuring compliance and reliability in a probabilistic, non-deterministic environment. The role involves building evaluation systems, testing agents and models, and maintaining end-to-end automation with Playwright while also performing hands-on manual testing. This senior, hands-on engineering position requires strong Python skills, experience with LLM/ML systems, and the ability to establish a quality function from the ground up.
