About this role

The QA Manager ensures commercial products from the sterile filling line meet specific requirements and comply with legal regulations in customer markets as well as internal Pharma Quality Standard (PQS) requirements. This role serves as the subject matter expert for all quality-related matters and acts as a liaison between bulk manufacturing, aseptic filling, laboratory, and other relevant interfaces. The position involves overseeing product releases, reviewing manufacturing instructions, managing deviations and CAPAs, and driving process improvements through Lean Production System methods.

Responsibilities

Release bulk products and master batch records ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance
Manage deviations, CAPAs, and changes while maintaining quality documentation
Drive lean production methods and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
