About this role

Hello Heart is seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer to own product quality from planning through release for their AI-driven cardiac prevention platform. The role involves designing comprehensive test plans, executing exploratory and regression testing across mobile and backend systems, and leveraging AI tools to enhance testing efficiency. Candidates will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to identify risks, communicate defects, and continuously improve QA methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test plans for new features and enhancements
Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing across mobile and backend systems
Identify, investigate, and communicate defects and product risks across teams
