QA Production Leadman

This role involves supporting production lines by acting as a quality assurance presence, assisting operators with changeovers and start-ups, and performing various testing procedures. The position requires collaborating with management and engineering to resolve quality issues, conducting audits, and ensuring standard work is followed consistently. Additionally, the employee will support lab operations, input data into analysis systems, and train new hires on critical quality checks.
