GIT
The QA / Test Engineer ensures the quality, security, and acceptance of applications, workflows, and dashboards delivered on the ITSM platform, Microsoft 365 / Power Platform, and the IT Service Portal for a Department of War agency. This role serves as the quality gate by designing and executing functional, regression, integration, accessibility, and security-focused testing while supporting User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder acceptance processes. The position requires independent analysis and judgment to maintain high completion rates for sprint items within an enterprise IT Customer Support Services program.
