QA/QC Document Control Coordinator

The QA/QC Document Control Coordinator supports the Quality and Commissioning Department by organizing, tracking, reviewing, and maintaining project quality documentation. This position ensures that inspection records, testing reports, equipment documentation, deficiencies, and turnover deliverables are complete, current, properly identified, and uploaded to the approved project document-control system. The role works closely with QA/QC Superintendents, Project Managers, field supervision, Energy Marshals, commissioning personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and third-party testing agencies to verify that required documentation has been received, completed, reviewed, and properly stored.
