QAQC Manager

KALCON is seeking an experienced QAQC Manager to oversee project quality processes, lead inspections and audits, and manage punch list activities for complex construction projects, preferably in mission-critical or data center environments. This role involves coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems and commissioning standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills while supporting multiple project sites through regular travel.
