Workover Solutions
This hands-on shop-floor role supports machining, repair, and assembly operations by verifying that components conform to engineering drawings, work-order requirements, and company quality procedures. The position requires practical machining experience combined with strong inspection and documentation skills to identify problems, maintain traceability, and communicate findings to shop leadership. The employee may also perform limited machining, rework, or verification operations when required.
