Parsons is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to support a major heavy infrastructure giga-project in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role involves field surveillance, reviewing contractor submittals, managing non-conformances, and ensuring material compliance across site activities. This position requires close coordination with construction teams to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily site inspections and quality surveillance activities
Review contractor submittals including Method Statements and Inspection Requests
Identify and document quality non-conformances and issue NCRs
Monitor on-site and third-party laboratory testing activities for materials
Support internal and external quality audits and prepare status reports
