QA/QC Supervisor

The QA/QC Supervisor leads the project quality team, coaching direct reports and ensuring adherence to the Project Specific Quality Control Plan and company standards. This role focuses on reducing fabrication and installation risks through effective First-in Inspection processes and systematic resolution of quality issues. The position requires proactive collaboration with the Project Management Team to support project success and manage quality requirement changes.
