About this role

The QC Technician collaborates with the quality and fulfillment teams to perform inspection, testing, rework, and RMA inspection across five core functions. This role ensures accurate work execution in accordance with established work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards while maintaining inventory accuracy in the ERP system. The position requires troubleshooting failures, documenting findings, and supporting quality investigations.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming and in-process inspection of parts and assembled products

Manage RMA unit disposition and maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP
