About this role
The Q&FS Laboratory Lead (PCQI) will establish and manage Nom Nom’s internal laboratory operations, including start-up and calibration of instrumentation, vendor partnerships, and lab safety. The role ensures compliance with quality and food safety testing protocols, manages sampling and hold/release processes, and coordinates with SQA and external labs. The lead will own lab audits, corrective actions, and design systems to meet testing and regulatory requirements.
