The QI & Contracts Specialist works with the OCOK Director of Quality Improvement and Contracts to manage the provider network's quality improvement process and ensure compliance with contract terms. The role involves engaging in the contracting process for residential and purchased-services network providers, monitoring service quality, and tracking outcomes. The specialist assists in developing and implementing performance improvement plans, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive records.
