About this role

The Site Quality Management System (QMS) Leader is responsible for leading, maintaining, and continuously improving the site's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with GMP requirements, ISO 9001:2015, EFfCI, FSSC 22000, and other applicable quality, regulatory, and certification requirements. This role serves as the site owner of the QMS and ensures alignment with global quality standards, policies, and procedures. The position drives the effectiveness of quality processes by supporting audit readiness, management review activities, training, documentation control, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain site Quality Management System for regulatory compliance
Manage external audits, CAPA oversight, and quality improvement initiatives
Conduct quality management reviews and support digital solution implementation
