This role involves conducting audits for a variety of Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains and High Street Restaurants, across the East Midlands region. The position requires travelling to client sites to evaluate food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety while providing coaching and training on best practices. It is a zero-hours contract with flexible working hours, including weekend and evening shifts.
