Qualified Professional (QP)

Under indirect supervision, this role provides, oversees, and administers psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic assessments, counseling therapy, and crisis intervention services within a high-intensity clinical environment. The position requires a high degree of independent decision-making and may involve leading or training lower-level counselors, students, and interns. The role focuses on delivering culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse services to support recovery and health.
