Quality and Compliance Manager

This mid-level management position develops and oversees the infrastructure to support clinical quality and performance improvement for mental health and alcohol and drug programs within the Behavioral Health Services Division. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with county policies, state performance contracts, and federal rules and regulations while reducing funding disallowances. The incumbent plans, organizes, and supervises staff to direct policy development, quality assurance, and utilization review activities.
