Quality and Food Safety Manager

This role ensures that Barilla's dry pasta plants and semolina mills consistently comply with the company's food safety management systems and international standards. The position involves coordinating with plant Q&T managers to implement quality tools, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and system efficiency. The manager will analyze data to identify areas for improvement, lead cross-functional teams, and support quality control activities across multiple sites.
