Quality and Risk Coordinator

The Quality and Risk Coordinator supports the organization-wide Patient Safety Program by administering the safety event reporting process and facilitating communication of safety information. This role collaborates with leaders and staff to reduce preventable harm, strengthen a culture of safety, and assist with investigations and root cause analyses. The position also involves monitoring reporting trends, preparing reports for stakeholders, and serving as a resource for patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
