Quality Assurance Director

The Quality Assurance Director performs complex supervisory and consultative work to plan, develop, and monitor quality assurance systems, ensuring facility compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state regulations. The role involves analyzing data to identify trends and systemic issues, developing corrective action plans, and providing training to address quality improvement needs. This position serves as a liaison between the facility and regulatory bodies while overseeing the Quality Assurance/Quality Management team.
