About this role
Hitachi High-Tech America is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer I or II in its Metrology and Analysis Systems Division to help ensure the quality and certification of software used in semiconductor metrology products (e.g., hiRecipe, hi-Frame, Result Viewer). The role supports software releases and customer needs through structured testing and quality processes, with some travel including visits to Japan. Level (I vs II) will be determined based on the candidate’s background.
