About this role
CPI Security is hiring a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of their Salesforce Customer 360 implementation and integrations with AWS and backend systems. The role focuses on designing and executing automated and manual test strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, Field Service and ERP to support customer and internal user experiences. You will join a small, agile technology team and collaborate with developers, analysts, admins, product owners and DevOps to validate end-to-end functionality and data flows.
