Quality Assurance Implementation Lead

The Quality Assurance Implementation Lead leads the organization-wide implementation and embedding of the Claims Management Quality Assurance Framework across Service Delivery. This role involves establishing consistent and sustainable quality assurance practices, reporting, and business ownership to drive continuous improvement and strengthen decision-making. The position contributes to building capability and ensuring these practices become part of business as usual to keep Kiwis safe.
