The Quality Assurance & Integrity Specialist plays a vital role in advancing quality, compliance, and organizational integrity across RTI's programs and services. This position supports high-reliability practices that promote the health, safety, rights, and dignity of the individuals served. Working closely with leadership, the role conducts audits, monitors compliance, reviews documentation, and supports corrective action initiatives to strengthen regulatory compliance and reduce organizational risk.
