The Quality Assurance Process Lead reports to the Technical Team Leader at Rudie’s Kitchen and Ace’s Pantry and is responsible for ensuring company quality systems and processes are operated in a controlled and effective manner. The role ensures product quality from raw materials through to dispatched goods and supports integration of new products and equipment into everyday operations. It sits between a standard QA role and a Senior QA, offering senior-level scope without line management responsibilities. The position is based on-site and involves working rotating day and night shifts.
