Quality Assurance Lead

CGS Immersive is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Lead to own product quality and release confidence for an AI learning platform featuring simulations, AI coaches, scenario-based training and critique. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the application, building and owning the QA process, and exercising authority to pause or block production releases when quality criteria are unmet. The ideal candidate will combine AI-assisted testing with traditional QA to ensure thorough coverage and confidence in each release.
