About this role

The Quality Assurance Manager will establish and operationalize the CLIA/CAP-certified laboratory quality infrastructure at 10x Genomics, ensuring compliance with CLIA, CAP, and applicable state regulations. This hands-on leadership role will support initial buildout activities and later grow into managing a small QA team as clinical operations scale. The position partners across assay development, laboratory operations, bioinformatics, and regulatory teams to integrate lab quality into the enterprise QMS and enable reliable clinical testing.
