Quality Assurance Manager – Innovation

The Quality Assurance Manager – Innovation serves as a collaborative Food Safety and Quality partner to the Innovation and co-manufacturing teams, championing food safety while bringing a creative, practical, and solutions-oriented mindset to the innovation process. This role partners across multiple departments to assess risk, validate new technologies, and enable innovative growth from concept through commercialization. Success requires a “can-do” approach, driving results through influence rather than formal authority. The Manager builds trusted relationships, aligns stakeholders, and secures cross-functional commitment to food safety and quality priorities.
