About this role

The Quality Assurance Manager oversees all QA operations at GTI's production facilities, developing and enforcing quality policies, standard operating procedures, and safety programs. This role involves managing the QA team, leading root cause investigations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining high-quality cannabis products through rigorous testing and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility QA department and enforce standard operating procedures
Develop and implement Product Quality programs and safety practices
Lead root cause investigations and approve product disposition decisions
Manage, train, and develop QA/QC employees to achieve objectives
Track quality KPIs and execute corrective action plans based on data analysis

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or EngineeringFDA cGMP competency in 21 CFR Part 111 & 117SQF, ISO, GMP, ASQ, or HACCP certificationValid driver's licenseState badging approval for cannabis industry
