Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager leads the second-line operational risk capability within the Risk & Compliance management team, managing and developing the risk management framework while providing constructive challenge to first-line teams. This full-time, permanent hybrid role involves overseeing risk assessments, control testing, incident management, and operational resilience to help the business make informed, risk-based decisions. The position requires coaching colleagues, strengthening risk awareness, and ensuring regulatory and client expectations are met across the North West and East regions.
