Quality Assurance Officer

The Quality Assurance Officer reports to the Head of Quality Assurance & Compliance Management and is responsible for overseeing SMS, in-line, and final inspections for leather goods. The role involves ensuring adherence to brand quality standards, providing technical support during production, and managing production schedules to meet delivery targets. Key duties include coordinating with factories and third-party inspection companies to monitor quality, address defects, and maintain compliance with manufacturing manuals.
