Quality Assurance Officer

The Quality Assurance Officer ensures the day-to-day operation of assessment and quality assurance for apprenticeship assessments, qualifications, and non-regulated provision at SFJ Awards. The role involves maintaining effective relationships with Centres and Associates while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position supports the smooth operation of the Quality Assurance function and delivers high levels of customer service.
