Quality Assurance (QA) CAPA Specialist

The QA CAPA Specialist is responsible for leading and coordinating the Corrective and Preventive Action program across internal manufacturing, contract manufacturers, and suppliers, ensuring CAPAs are initiated, investigated, implemented, and closed in a timely, compliant manner. The role serves as the subject matter expert, facilitating root cause analysis, cross‑functional meetings, and continuous improvement of CAPA processes while maintaining audit‑ready records and tracking performance metrics.
