The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer - Fabrication supports the RECONCRAFT QA Program by managing fabrication-related quality functions and providing subject matter expertise to production teams. This role establishes the overall quality strategy, ensures compliance with ISO 9001 standards, and oversees inspections, testing, and quality planning for marine fabrication programs. The position serves as a key point of contact for customer quality matters and drives continuous improvement to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and support the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Perform visual and non-destructive inspections of aluminum and steel weldments
Facilitate management of non-conformances including root cause analysis and corrective actions
