Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of biosecurity audits performed within Orbit Control by reviewing auditor work against client-specific requirements and providing corrective feedback. This role partners with the Onboarding Specialist to train and coach new auditors, ensuring they understand high-quality audit standards and procedures. The position also involves identifying process improvements, maintaining training materials, and reporting on key quality metrics to leadership.
