Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring that documentation requirements for Medicaid, Medicare, and other funding sources are adhered to per chapter and contract guidelines. The position involves conducting clinical and medical records reviews, utilizing monitoring tools for compliance, and performing quality assurance site-based reviews of client files. The specialist will also handle CARF Service Claims Audit reports and maintain proficiency in the organization's electronic health record system.
