Quality Assurance & Staff Improvement

This role involves maintaining ongoing participation in the daily operations of the program through clinical and therapeutic activities while managing quality improvements and utilization reviews for the OTP. The position requires ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, facilitating audits and surveys, and monitoring the implementation of the department's Quality Improvement Plan. Additionally, the role includes providing training to staff, conducting chart reviews, and assisting in the supervision of clinical personnel.
