Quality Assurance Supervisor

The Quality Assurance Supervisor at MidFirst Bank leads a team of QA professionals responsible for both manual and automated testing of critical banking platforms, including web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The role partners with business stakeholders, development teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure software quality, release readiness, and production stability in a regulated environment. It also oversees test lab setup, UAT and smoke testing, and the validation of security, compliance, and control requirements.
