Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician at JCB inspects components, trial products, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing process, recording and analyzing results to determine product certification. They communicate findings, conduct repairs, maintain QA records, and recommend improvements to resolve production issues. The role involves both office and factory environments and requires flexibility to work a Friday‑Sunday 6 am‑6 pm schedule.
